Hi, I'm Alexey! I’m a mom of two, a wife to an incredibly supportive husband, and someone who’s learned (mostly through lived experience) that the way we build our foundations matters.

After postpartum rocked my world (in all the loud, messy, beautiful ways), I started paying closer attention to what actually supports the body, the home, and the spirit. That curiosity led me down some unexpected paths—like falling in love with sourdough after years of being gluten-free, paying attention to water quality, choosing mold-free coffee, and noticing how small changes can create big shifts in energy, digestion, and overall well-being.

My faith in Jesus grounds everything I do here. I believe our bodies are designed with intention, our homes can be places of restoration, and simple, aligned practices can support both physical and spiritual health.

Foundational Living is where I share what I’m learning—about postpartum recovery, nourishing food, clean water, the human body, and eventually gardening and homemaking practices that feel sustainable and life-giving. Nothing here is about perfection. It’s about building a life on solid ground, one thoughtful choice at a time.
